Our Flexible Supported Housing Assistant roles are akin to our Support Worker positions, but they offer a more adaptable, temporary arrangement – ideal for those who prefer to select shifts that align with their availability.

This role also serves as an excellent entry point into the organization and can lead to other career opportunities.


We are seeking Flexible Supported Housing Assistants to support our initiative at the Horsham Y Centre, assisting 50 young individuals aged 16-25 in mitigating the risks or effects of homelessness.

The facility operates around the clock with a dedicated support team, night staff, and management present on-site. The aim of the service is to guide residents towards independent living through life skills training. Located centrally, the project maintains strong connections with and contributes to the surrounding community.


In this fulfilling position, you will engage proactively, creatively, and effectively with young individuals to help them discover their strengths and talents while acquiring the necessary skills for independent and rewarding lives.

You will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the services by providing consistency and dependability.

This position offers a flexible range of shifts, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
