Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at UK Staffing Group Limited. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving business growth and revenue through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound inquiries and proactively contact leads to gather information and qualify potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify new business opportunities and increase sales.
  • Work closely with the Account Manager to set appointments and close deals.
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.

Requirements:

  • 2 years' experience in sales or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Resilience and perseverance in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple leads and sales opportunities.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • B2B sales experience.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
