**Customer Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized assistance to enhance their shopping experience. **Product Knowledge**: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products and services, staying updated on features, benefits, and any promotions to effectively guide customers through their purchasing decisions. **Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive selling techniques, upselling, and cross-selling, contributing to the overall success of the sales team. **Customer Feedback**: Solicit and utilize customer feedback to improve service and product offerings, ensuring a positive and evolving experience for our clientele. **Merchandising**: Contribute to maintaining an appealing and organized sales floor, including proper display of products, pricing, and promotional materials, creating an inviting atmosphere for customers.

**Team Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals, sharing insights, and participating in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. **Problem Resolution**: Address customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally, seeking solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prepare regular reports, and participate in sales meetings to discuss achievements, challenges, and strategies for continuous improvement.

**Job Types**: Fixed term contract, Freelance, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
