Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Staff Nurse to join our Inpatients Spinal/Orthopaedics Team at HCA Healthcare UK. As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, delivering, and implementing high-quality nursing care to patients with spinal and orthopaedic conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and plan individualized care for patients with spinal and orthopaedic conditions
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients, including administering medications, performing procedures, and providing emotional support
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conduct regular patient assessments and evaluations to ensure optimal care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements
  • NMC Registered
  • Experience/Qualification in speciality (Spinal)
  • Phlebotomy training desirable
  • Knowledge of relevant hospital policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of relevant NMC/national guidelines, policies and procedures (Code of conduct)
  • Basic life support
