About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Live-in Care Assistant. As a Live-in Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist clients with meal preparation and cooking, as well as light housekeeping and laundry.
  • Support clients with their medication and provide reminders as needed.
  • Engage in activities with clients to promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
  • Maintain accurate records of client care and progress.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a care setting, preferably in a live-in or domiciliary care environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A caring and compassionate approach to client care.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driving license (desirable).
