About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Governance and Compliance Coordinator to join our team at Red Personnel. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective governance and compliance of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our Boards, including managing logistics, organizing meeting calendars, taking minutes, and logging actions and decisions.
  • Board Recruitment and Management: Manage the recruitment, appointment, onboarding, appraisal, and offboarding processes for our Board members.
  • Governance Audits and Compliance: Support governance audits and develop improvement plans to ensure compliance with relevant external standards.
  • Policy and Contract Management: Maintain the policy tracker and work with procurement to ensure compliance with contract registers.
  • Risk Management: Assist the Executive team with risk registers and ensure compliance with relevant external standards.
Requirements
  • Experience in Governance or Compliance: You will have experience working in a governance or compliance role, with a good understanding of the National Housing Federation (NHF) code of governance.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal with all stakeholders in a diplomatic and professional manner.
  • Time Management and Organization: You will have excellent time management and organizational skills, with a high understanding of the need for confidentiality.
  • Continuous Improvement: You will be committed to embracing a culture of continuous improvement to support Value for Money throughout the organization.
