We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Radiology Administrator to join our team at Nuffield Health Taunton Hospital. As a key member of our Radiology department, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our diagnostic imaging procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality administrative support to the Radiology department, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Book patients for diagnostic imaging procedures, ensuring accurate and timely scheduling.
- Complete initial patient safety questionnaires, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies.
- Work closely with the Radiology team to ensure maximum utilization of resources and efficient workflow.
- Coordinate, plan, and organize a range of activities, including data entry, record keeping, and filing.
- Handle queries and escalate complex issues to senior staff, maintaining a professional and calm demeanor.
