We take pride in alleviating the challenges schools face when renting out their sports and leisure facilities. Our Community Engagement Coordinators are dedicated to delivering exceptional service to the groups utilizing these facilities.

Position Overview: The primary responsibility of the Community Engagement Coordinator is to warmly welcome our clients and their groups into the school's facilities, ensuring that all areas are prepared and accessible on time for an enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide an outstanding experience for our clients, ensuring that every customer leaves with a positive and memorable impression. Assist clients in preparing facilities for events, from setting up sports equipment to activating lighting systems.
  • Perform light cleaning tasks to maintain the school's premises in their original condition, ensuring that everything is tidy and organized for the next day.
  • Ensure the security and safety of the school by managing access points, unlocking and securing gates and doors at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Conduct health and safety checks throughout the shift, promptly reporting any hazards or equipment issues through our company platform to maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness.
  • Receive comprehensive training, both in-person and online, to gain a thorough understanding of the role, including site-specific information, safeguarding duties, manual handling, fire safety, and customer service.
  • Contribute to the overall quality of service by engaging in additional activities that support the school, clients, and the Vivify team.
