COMPENSATION:
- Salary range of £45,000 to £55,000 based on experience.
We are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Nurse at our Eaglewood facility. This is a full-time, permanent role within our organization.
The primary responsibility of this position is to assist the Registered Manager in delivering exceptional quality care in accordance with PJ Care policies and procedures, ensuring the well-being of all residents.

Our residents are central to our mission, and we are dedicated to fostering dignity, independence, and holistic well-being through our specialized care models, therapies, and activities.
The role involves ensuring that the care provided to all residents meets the standards set by the organization, while also providing leadership, support, and guidance to staff to ensure high-quality care and treatment is consistently delivered in alignment with PJ Care expectations and standards, as well as the NMC code of conduct and other relevant regulatory bodies.
- To engage in and support the implementation of quality assurance measures in line with PJ Care policies, Clinical Governance frameworks, and local and corporate Clinical Risk Management.
To assist the Registered Manager and support clinical teams in the effective operation of all units, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, safe care for all residents.
- The individual in this role will be responsible for promoting PJ Care's values in all aspects of care delivery and ensuring that all staff comply with PJ Care policies, identifying any areas of concern to the line manager and Registered Manager, and collaborating with staff and management to address any deviations.
- Assisting units in developing dynamic action plans and monitoring the completion of necessary actions.
- Identifying training needs and reporting findings to the line manager, ensuring staff compliance with training requirements through effective communication with the training department and senior management.
- Monitoring and ensuring accurate record-keeping by all staff to maintain resident safety.
- Facilitating effective communication and information sharing within the team to ensure individualized care delivery that aligns with each resident's preferences and needs.
- Being aware of the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 and considering professional standards outside of PJ Care.
- Assisting with care delivery on the units as needed.
- Conducting reviews and audits to highlight lessons learned and sharing changes to practice through local governance systems.
The standard working hours for this position will be 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with potential weekend and evening work based on business requirements.
