Job Title: Practice Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Nurse to join our team at The Deepings Practice. As a Practice Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide assessment, treatment, and care to patients in accordance with the NMC Code of Conduct and practice policies.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of patients.
  • Conduct health promotion and education sessions to empower patients to take control of their health.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and practice efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
  • Experience in primary care or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
