Sales and Retention Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales and Retention Advisor to join our team at Search Consultancy in Leeds. As a Sales and Retention Advisor, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expanding our client's presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities- Secure new business opportunities within various industry sectors, achieving or exceeding expected targets.
- Meet minimum daily call KPI targets, delivering high-quality service to customers and businesses.
- Establish strong working relationships with Business Development Executives, fostering a collaborative environment.
- 1 year experience in telesales, preferably in the insurance sector.
- Ability to work independently, with a high level of customer service and rapport-building skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and a willingness to continually develop sales skills and strategies.
- Competitive salary and commission structure.
- 25 days holiday, with an office shutdown at Christmas.
