The Director of Pricing Strategy and Analytics is a pivotal leadership position aimed at fulfilling the organization’s commercial goals through the development and execution of superior pricing strategies. This role supports our strategic aim of cultivating deeper customer relationships, ensuring equitable value for clients, and achieving robust financial returns for the bank. Success in this position involves harnessing customer-level analytics to comprehend and influence performance metrics while adapting swiftly to market and economic shifts.

In this capacity, you will oversee a substantial Savings portfolio, contributing significantly to the income generated across our renowned Lloyds Bank, Halifax, and Bank of Scotland brands, as well as our innovative offerings under the MBNA brand.

This position reports directly to the Savings Products Director and encompasses the following responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute pricing strategies that balance commercial objectives with customer satisfaction.
  • Develop a comprehensive roadmap for achieving competitive advantages through an in-depth understanding of customer demand and market dynamics. Create and implement robust commercial models that accurately forecast customer and market trends while enhancing analytical capabilities and insights.
  • Facilitate the creation of insightful commercial analytics, pricing, and forecasting models to support informed business decisions.
  • Analyze customer and commercial performance, identify value drivers, and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Continuously monitor the market landscape for competitor trends that may affect revenue and costs, providing evaluations and reports on competitor activities.
