We are seeking an experienced business manager to join our team at CFO Insights as our Chief Talent Development Officer. As a key driver of our exponential growth curve, you will have the unique opportunity to develop and implement strategic plans for learning and development, including identifying training needs and developing training programs to address them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for learning and development, including identifying training needs and developing training programs to address them.
  • Create development programs that empower the team to continuously overdeliver and deliver 7-star experiences across business areas.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop solutions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in talent development and training program management.
  • UK work permit required.
