Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Chief Talent Development Officer to join our team in London. As a key driver of our exponential growth curve, you will be responsible for building and implementing strategic plans for learning and development, identifying training needs, and developing training programs to address them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learning and Development Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy to equip our employees with the right tools to achieve their goals.
  • Training Needs Analysis: Identify training needs and develop training programs to address them, ensuring that our employees have the skills and knowledge required to drive business success.
  • Development Programs: Create development programs that empower our team to continuously overdeliver and deliver exceptional experiences across business areas.
  • Synergies Across Business Functions: Identify and drive synergies across business functions to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Leadership and Inspiration: Inspire and lead our team to achieve our ambitious company goals, driving innovation and excellence in all aspects of our business.

Requirements

  • Industry Experience: Experience in a business development or learning and development role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies in a clear and concise manner.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and analyze business data and make informed decisions.
  • UK Work Permit: A valid UK work permit is required for this role.
