At NOV Inc, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Store Person to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely load and unload vehicles to maintain efficient material handling.
  • Accurately receive and record purchased materials and services into our inventory system.
  • Verify material certifications against purchase orders and relevant standards to uphold quality assurance.
  • Pick and pack materials for onward shipment, adhering to company guidelines.
  • Conduct regular cycle counting to maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies to the Stores Cell Leader.
  • Participate in stocktaking activities to support inventory management.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to housekeeping standards.

Requirements:

  • Completion of a General High School education (or equivalent qualification).
  • Previous experience as a Store Person is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with working in a manufacturing stores environment is desirable.
  • Possession of a Forklift License is preferred; training will be provided if necessary.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems would be beneficial for this role.
