Position Overview

As a vital member of this expanding team, you will engage in a diverse range of employee incentive projects. Your responsibilities will encompass the design, execution, and management of employee incentive frameworks, including bonuses, equity, and share schemes, as well as providing guidance to remuneration committees on all matters related to employment rewards.
