Aston Charles Ltd is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Account Director to join our team. As a key member of our Leadership Team, you will be responsible for leading a small team of Account Executives and developing strong leadership skills to drive the office forward.
About the Role:
- Lead a team of Account Executives and develop strong leadership skills to drive the office forward.
- Supervise a portfolio of high-value accounts generating £300K and include some of the company's prestigious 'trophy accounts'.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regional insurers and clients.
- Drive business growth and development through strategic planning and execution.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and goals.
About You:
- Extensive experience in commercial insurance, including a detailed knowledge of all common commercial covers.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to secure 'buy-in' from both internal and external stakeholders.
- Confident in your ability to develop strong leadership skills and drive the office forward.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
