We are seeking committed and resilient individuals to work with children in our residential homes. As a Residential Child Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and supportive environment for children to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to children in our residential homes
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes for children
  • Develop and implement individual care plans to meet the unique needs of each child
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture

Requirements:

  • NVQ3/Diploma Level 3 in Residential Childcare
  • At least 6 months experience of working with children, young people, or adults in a relevant setting
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
