About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at Jacobs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our work and ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and endorse Quality Plans and Inspection and Test Plans, undertaking associated compliance verification activities as required.
  • Implement processes for timely and appropriate Quality support.
  • Conduct Quality audits of site activities and sub-contractor operations, both on and off site, in accordance with the Project Audit Schedule.
  • Ensure the quality standards of the Project are consistently met, raising authorized project documentation where necessary.
  • Oversight of subcontractors, compilation and review of lifetime records.
  • Concurrent maintenance of package status and progress reporting, raising issues and liaising with the project and client QA/QC team.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a QA function or QC function within the nuclear sector.
  • Understanding of ISO 9001 quality management systems and Sellafield CQRM.
  • ISO 9001 Lead auditor certification.
  • CQI membership.
