Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified Trainee Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join our team in Banbury, working in our well-known Bairstow Eves Estate Agency.
Main Responsibilities
- Building relationships with estate agency teams to provide training and support.
- Attracting new customers and business, while being motivated to achieve professional goals within a result-driven environment.
- Providing advice on a range of products and services to meet customer needs.
- Participating in regular branch meetings to discuss best practice and build lasting relationships.
Requirements
- Holding a CeMap or industry equivalent qualification.
- Generating new business in a target-driven environment.
- Outstanding customer care and customer service experience.
- Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
- A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
