Mortgage and Protection Advisor Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Trainee Mortgage and Protection Advisor.
As a Trainee Mortgage and Protection Advisor, you will have the opportunity to work with a well-established and reputable company, providing expert advice and guidance to customers on mortgage and protection products.
Main Responsibilities:
- Building relationships with estate agency teams to provide training and support.
- Attracting new customers and business, while achieving professional goals in a target-driven environment.
- Providing expert advice on a range of mortgage and protection products to meet customer needs.
- Participating in regular branch meetings to discuss best practice and build lasting relationships.
Requirements:
- Hold CeMap or industry equivalent qualification.
- Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
- Outstanding customer care and customer service experience.
- Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- IT literacy (MS Office, internet, email systems).
- A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
