Job Title: Mental Health Practitioner - Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Practitioner to join our team in a leading Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Program in South East London.

About the Role:
  • Provide comprehensive support and treatment to individuals struggling with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues.
  • Assess clients' mental health and substance use, develop and implement personalized treatment plans, and provide counseling and therapy.
  • Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Use evidence-based practices to help clients manage cravings, develop coping strategies, and work towards recovery.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Current and valid registration with the NMC.
  • Proven experience within a drug and alcohol service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
