Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing: Acknowledge and process customer orders in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Stock Management: Check stock availability within our supply chain and schedule outgoing mail/package collections for all orders, including customs forms for international orders.
  • Data Protection: Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive documents and data, adhering to our company's data protection policies.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer complaints and returns in a professional and courteous manner, seeking information and resolving issues promptly.
  • Order Updates: Inform customers of new pricing and product information as directed by our Financial Controller and Marketing Manager.
  • Order Database Management: Maintain the Order Database, ensuring that all orders are accurately recorded and up-to-date.
  • Embroidery Pricing and Processing: Handle embroidery pricing and processing for all requests, ensuring that all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Product Suggestions: Offer product suggestions to customers who require support or ideas, enhancing their shopping experience.
  • Sample Requests: Coordinate sample requests as per instructions from our Marketing Manager and/or Commercial Director.
  • Trade Show Support: Prepare, pack, deliver, and retrieve goods for trade shows and presentations under the direction of our Marketing Manager.
  • Research and Procurement: Research price comparisons of non-inventory UK suppliers at scheduled intervals to ensure competitive rates, and manage orders of stationery and other general office items.
  • Stockroom and Warehouse Management: Manage stock in the Stockroom and inventory in the Warehouse, ensuring that all stock is accurately recorded and up-to-date.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities.
