Job Title: Sales Executive

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team at POST Recruitment Ltd. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business by focussed sales activity, including approaching new and existing clients via various channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Researching and contacting prospective customers via LinkedIn, Instagram, Email and Phone.
  • Updating your ZOHO CRM with new prospects to build data and maximise opportunity.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders and supporting the field-based teams to drive business goals.
  • Effectively using the sales process to sell on brands/quality/value and to support repeat business.
  • Communicating and building rapport with customers through effective listening.
  • Attending remote/in-person team meetings, conferences and training days when requested.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience of success in a sales environment.
  • Ability to create strong first impressions over the telephone, creating the right environment of trust and empathy to build strong initial rapport.
  • Understand and utilise a sales process, with effective questioning.
  • PC literacy - Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
What We Offer:
  • £30,000 yearly salary.
  • Commission is paid monthly above an agreed, very reasonable threshold.
