About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Scheduler/Planner to join our team at MIGSO-PCUBED. As a rapidly scaling organization, we recognize the importance of our people and are passionate about providing varied and extensive learning and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Experience of scheduling to single or multiple projects within a portfolio.
  • Experience of using scheduling applications such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project.
  • Support the Project Manager in all aspects of setting up the Project Master Schedule.
  • Initiate, maintain and follow-up the Project Master Schedule and critical path for the Project.
  • Perform technical schedule analysis (review of float, logic, etc.) for the schedule as well as updates and revisions during the life of the project.
  • Validate accuracy and completeness of all Project Controls Scheduling information.
  • Draft the Time related sections of the monthly progress report and all other local reports with respect to schedule and progress.
  • Assist in managing, controlling and tracking the project cashflow against the baseline budget.
Requirements:
  • Proactive and curious individual with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrable project management capabilities (direct or transferable) gained in industry or consulting environments.
  • Understanding and experience of project management, including at least one of either project planning, scheduling, cost control and risk assessment.
  • Proficiency in Earned Value Management or estimating techniques would be an advantage, as would exposure to Primavera P6 for those with a project planning specialty.
  • A relevant qualification such as from APM (PMQ, PPQ), PRINCE2 or PMP would be of benefit.
