About the Role
The Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Trust is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Orthopaedic Surgeon to join our team in the Hip and Knee Unit. As a Trust Doctor, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the research and audit activities of the unit.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage in-patients and out-patients, ensuring excellent patient care and outcomes.
- Support junior members of the team, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Assist in theatre, participating in complex limb reconstruction and hip and knee arthroplasty surgeries.
- Contribute to research and audit activities, publishing peer-reviewed clinical publications or presenting at international conferences.
- Participate in quality improvement projects and audit, including robotic surgery and day case arthroplasty.

Requirements
- MRCS or equivalent qualification.
