Credit Management Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Credit Controller to join our client's busy and dynamic team. As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's credit operations and ensuring the smooth flow of cash.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date credit records and reports.
- Conduct thorough credit checks and assessments to determine creditworthiness.
- Develop and implement effective credit control strategies to minimize bad debt and optimize cash flow.
- Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve credit-related issues.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and payment processing.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in credit control and customer service.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
