About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Controller to join our team at Rubicon People Partnership. As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing and collecting payments from customers, assessing credit risks, and ensuring timely resolution of account issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce and circulate weekly and ad hoc on-stop credit hold status and other reports to ensure timely decision-making.
  • Conduct proactive management of new accounts and high-value invoices to minimize bad debts and maintain optimal cash flow.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure prompt payment and resolution of account issues.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of end-to-end distribution business processes and accounts roles within it.
  • Experience in accounts or as a Credit Controller, with a strong understanding of credit management principles and practices.
