Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Credit Controller to join our team at Aspire Jobs. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, reconciliations, and creditworthiness assessments. You will also be responsible for resolving invoice and payment queries, producing and distributing customer overdue/reminder letters, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer accounts, including reconciliations and creditworthiness assessments
  • Resolve invoice and payment queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Produce and distribute customer overdue/reminder letters
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build effective relationships with customers and internal contacts
  • Hold weekly meetings with sales divisions to escalate key issues and agree on ways to move forward
  • Provide cover within the finance team as and when required

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in credit control and customer service
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Highly proficient in IT, including Excel, Outlook, and accounting software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with a high volume of workload
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
