Your Responsibilities
This position presents a remarkable opportunity to expand your skill set as a Complex Care Specialist. You will receive comprehensive training and clinical guidance to develop expertise in various intricate areas, including tracheotomy care, ventilation support, seizure management, and stoma care, among others. Our mission is to provide care and support to individuals of all ages, both in the community and within their residences, addressing complex needs such as spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries, and more. Each day will bring unique challenges, ensuring that your role remains dynamic and fulfilling. You will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for your clients while simultaneously advancing your own professional skills.
QualificationsEssential Skills
Prior experience in PEG feeding and seizure management (epilepsy) is crucial. Additionally, proficiency in Hindi would be beneficial, along with a strong sense of care, compassion, and resilience.
