About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Coordinator to join our team at CEVA Logistics. As a key member of our Control Tower, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support domestic and international transport bookings and scheduling activities
  • Liaise with suppliers and carriers to distribute requirements and monitor shipment movements
  • Review, validate, and administer shipment documentation for international requests
  • Accurately input data into internal systems to ensure information and documentation match requirements

Requirements:

  • Experience in a transportation, logistics, or supply chain role
  • Strong customer ethos and ability to build relationships with clients, suppliers, and carriers
  • Collaborative skills and ability to engage and embed a positive team culture
  • Previous experience or knowledge working with Customs processes and terminology is preferred
