Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Employment Solutions. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of project activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Document Control: Manage document control, including handling submittals and maintaining records.
  • Purchasing Assistance: Assist with purchasing, including planning, tracking, and cash flow analysis.
  • Credit Management: Oversee credit management with suppliers to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Document Organization: Scan, sort, and organize documents within the project folder.
  • Manufacturing Record Book: Compile the Manufacturing Record Book in collaboration with the QA engineer.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience in a Document Control or Technical Admin role.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills.
  • IT Experience: Strong IT & Systems experience.
  • Industry Experience: Experience within an Engineering or Manufacturing sector.

Working Arrangements

  • Contract Type: Temporary contract.
  • Pay Rate: Circa £15 /hr (PAYE) or £20 /hr (Umbrella).
  • Working Hours: Full Time - 0830am - 1700pm (Mon-Thurs) and 0830am-1430pm (Fri).
