Job Summary

We are seeking an undergraduate to join our team as a Project Support and Development Placement. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our business growth through people development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development of our people by coordinating, compiling, and maintaining key data, reports, and presentations.
  • Contribute to projects that drive the people agenda, providing insight on all elements of the employee life cycle.
  • Support key stakeholders across our business, providing analysis and recommendations to inform business decisions.
  • Assist in the coordination of projects to add value to our people and drive business success.

Requirements

  • An interest in people development and a passion for driving business growth.

  • Currently studying a sandwich degree or course with a one-year industrial placement.
