Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the bakery in the absence of the Manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Develop and implement effective store layouts and visual merchandising to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Monitor and control stock levels, inventory, and cash handling procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Management team to achieve business objectives and drive store performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership and management experience in a retail or food service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, as required.
