Tyrefix is the leading service provider of tyre repairs and replacements to the off-highway market with over 100 breakdown vehicles nationwide, we pride ourselves on providing an unmatched national breakdown service where our customers come first. Due to continued growth and success, we are seeking a Controls Team Leader to lead our Earthmover division from an operational controls’ perspective.

Your main responsibility will be to passionately lead and support the team to deliver great service, by always putting the customer first and proactively seeking out solutions that are right for our clients. Fitter engagement will play a key part in this role, ensuring your team build and maintain relationships with the fitters will be essential.

This is a specialist Earthmover role working with tyre technicians who are carrying out specialist work on quarry, waste and port equipment including dump trucks, loading shovels and container handlers. Maximise revenue and profit against agreed targets through the effective controlling of the Earthmover division.

**The Role**
- **£3,000 - £40,000 per annum** (DOE)
- **22 days** **annual leave**, plus bank holidays
- Monday - Friday, 7am-5pm
- The role will require you to be part of the out of hours on call rota (weekends and evenings)
- Based in **Ibstock, Leicestershire**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage resources (i.e. allocate work to employees) and fleet (up to 32t) within the department to ensure they are utilised in an effective manner.
- Support the team to ensure all jobs are logged, dispatched, quoted, and invoiced within set KPI’s.
- Support any challenges the Earthmover fitters may have whilst on site.
- To ensure queries are dealt with promptly.
- Ensure compliance to legislative requirements and internal quality health safety and environmental policies and standards.
- Controls costs of the department.
- To be contactable outside of business hours for any emergency jobs that come in on a rota basis

- Excellent attention to detail and proven ability to multitask
- Problem-solving skills and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer needs
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour
- Good people management Skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft office (word, excel, power point)

Please note this role is office based, home working/hybrid working will not be considered.

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
