Lead Dental Nurse

Lewes - North Street Dental Practice is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dental Nurse to join our team as a Head Dental Nurse.
Our practice, part of the Portman Dentex group, has a rich history of serving the local community since 1967. We offer a comprehensive range of dental treatments and are committed to providing exceptional patient care.
As Head Dental Nurse, you will play a vital role in leading and mentoring a team of skilled dental nurses. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations within the practice and maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional patient care and support throughout their dental journey.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of dental nurses.
- Ensure adherence to strict infection control protocols and safety regulations.
- Assist dentists with various procedures, including sedation, endodontics, oral surgery, implants, and cosmetic dentistry.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- GDC registration as a Dental Nurse.
- Proven experience working as a Dental Nurse in a clinical setting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- A strong commitment to patient safety and well-being.
