Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement a growth strategy to increase revenue from self-pay and insured patients, aligning with the hospital's objectives.
- Monitor and influence the flow of private inquiries, ensuring effective conversion to initial appointments.
- Maximize the transition from outpatient appointments to procedures through various strategies.
- Utilize reporting tools to regularly assess activity and revenue forecasts.
- Collaborate with the senior leadership team to ensure consultant appointment capacity is fully utilized.
- Identify new business opportunities and enhance existing services to drive growth.
- Maintain compliance with private patient contractual obligations, ensuring a consistently high standard of service.
- Foster strong relationships with consultants and stakeholders to enhance loyalty and maximize opportunities.
- Provide leadership to Private Patient Coordinators as necessary.
- Keep all templated toolkits updated using the Brandhub platform.
