Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement a growth strategy to increase revenue from self-pay and insured patients, aligning with the hospital's objectives.
  • Monitor and influence the flow of private inquiries, ensuring effective conversion to initial appointments.
  • Maximize the transition from outpatient appointments to procedures through various strategies.
  • Utilize reporting tools to regularly assess activity and revenue forecasts.
  • Collaborate with the senior leadership team to ensure consultant appointment capacity is fully utilized.
  • Identify new business opportunities and enhance existing services to drive growth.
  • Maintain compliance with private patient contractual obligations, ensuring a consistently high standard of service.
  • Foster strong relationships with consultants and stakeholders to enhance loyalty and maximize opportunities.
  • Provide leadership to Private Patient Coordinators as necessary.
  • Keep all templated toolkits updated using the Brandhub platform.
