About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Material Handling Equipment Specialist to join our team at Flexicruit Limited. As a Forklift Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of forklifts and other material handling equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on forklifts and material handling equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and preventive maintenance to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Provide expert advice and support to clients on-site, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of all work carried out and communicate findings to the office.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless service delivery and meet customer expectations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer, specifically with forklifts and material handling equipment.
  • Strong technical skills with a thorough understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Full UK driving licence
