Paraplanner Job Description

Lime People Search & Select Ltd is seeking a skilled Paraplanner to join our team in Chester. As a Paraplanner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Advisers in providing comprehensive financial plans to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Portfolio Analysis: Prepare detailed analysis of clients' existing portfolios to identify areas for improvement.
  • Technical Support: Provide expert technical support to our Advisers, ensuring they have the necessary information to make informed decisions.
  • Calculations and Research: Complete complex calculations, including income tax, IHT, and Capital Gains Tax, to inform client advice.
  • Recommendation Reports: Prepare thorough Recommendation Reports and supplementary documentation to support client decisions.
  • Compliance and Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products and markets, adhering to our compliance procedures and high standards of client service.
  • Liaison and Communication: Regularly liaise with product providers, account managers, and clients to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
