We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Management Specialist to join our team at M&S. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success through effective portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Portfolio Management: Develop and implement portfolio management practices to drive business growth and improve efficiency.
  • Agile Methodologies: Champion and drive Agile portfolio management practices, ensuring consistency and standard methodology approaches are used.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Operate the portfolio model, providing standard reports, insightful data, and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Supplier Management: Lead the Supplier/M&S PMO team to ensure production of standardized, accurate, timely, and insightful data.
  • Op Planning and Investment: Support operational planning and investment prioritization processes, understanding strategic direction and transformation themes.
  • Quality Assurance: Provide quality assurance for objectives and ensure teams are supported in following standards in portfolio areas.
  • Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends relating to Business Agility, Product, and DevOps, and maintain involvement in industry agile communities.
Requirements
  • Experience: Over 5 years' experience in technology portfolio management practices across multiple areas, including Agile PMO.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical skills, including financial literacy, and proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other reporting tools.
  • Expertise: Strong expertise in implementing agile tooling.
