Role Overview:
As the next Adult Care Team Supervisor, you will:
- Currently hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (Adults) or an equivalent qualification
- Possess a Full UK Driving Licence and have access to a vehicle
- Bring prior experience in a similar role with a desire to advance
- Exhibit a genuine passion for enhancing the lives of our residents
- Demonstrate patience, resilience, and a calming presence
- Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Your responsibilities will include ensuring the wellbeing of the residents under your care. This encompasses accompanying residents to appointments and activities, completing necessary documentation, performing household tasks, and, when appropriate, administering medication.
You will also be tasked with leading, training, and developing both new and existing support staff within your team, assisting the deputy manager in maintaining a skilled and knowledgeable workforce to provide the highest standard of care for our residents.

Hazel House is a restructured facility designed to cater to the needs of individuals requiring support. This 4-bed residence features a spacious, enclosed garden, a sensory area, and ample communal spaces, including a kitchen, dining room, and lounge. While situated in Grantham, it is easily accessible from surrounding areas.
