Role Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Educational Facilitator to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in providing support to our learners with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), ensuring they are inspired and motivated to achieve their educational goals. You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons and supporting learners in a classroom setting, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering lessons in Employability, Personal, Health, Social Education (PHSE), career development, and independent living skills.
  • Building and nurturing professional relationships with learners, utilizing a strength-based approach to facilitate their learning journey.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure continuous improvement in educational delivery and learner outcomes.
