About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sports Coach to lead our holiday programmes at Fareham Leisure Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of sports activities to children aged 5-12, ensuring a fun, inclusive, and educational experience for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate your team to deliver high-quality programmes
  • Liaise with parents, staff, and directors on a regular basis
  • Design and deliver sessions that are challenging, realistic, and fun for children
  • Create a positive learning environment for children in our care
  • Deliver coaching programmes to a high standard consistently
  • Follow our coaching philosophy, ensuring everything we deliver is fun, inclusive, and educational
  • Understand individual needs of staff and children and challenge/engage them appropriately
  • Deal with first aid/emergency situations
  • Be approachable and liaise with parents
  • Be committed to delivering every session to the best of your ability
  • Be creative and passionate in your delivery
