Senior Contact Centre Consultant

Overview: We are seeking experienced professionals for the role of Senior Contact Centre Consultant, focusing on collections and recoveries. This position involves assisting customers who are navigating financial difficulties.
Primary Duties: Your key responsibility will be to oversee customer accounts that are in arrears or have breached their contracts. It is essential to ensure that outcomes are both fair and sustainable. By gaining insight into each customer's individual circumstances, you will employ your negotiation expertise to establish appropriate repayment plans.
Moreover, you will offer support by directing customers to external agencies or debt advisory services when necessary. Another vital part of your role will be to monitor and modify repayment arrangements to fit the evolving financial situations of customers.
Essential Responsibilities:- Engage with customers to evaluate their financial conditions and facilitate informed decision-making.
- Manage a caseload while complying with regulatory standards.
- Negotiate feasible repayment options or escalate issues to higher management when required.
- Coordinate discussions with stakeholders to address immediate customer concerns.
