Category Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Category Manager - Hard Services to join our team at OCS Group. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing multiple hard services categories, including facilities management, to drive cost savings and improve supply chain efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Category Management: Develop and execute a category management plan to reduce total cost, improve quality of supply, and mitigate risk within the supply chain.
- Supplier Engagement: Build and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers, driving performance through data-driven management and relationship building.
- Sourcing and Procurement: Manage end-to-end sourcing activities, including tendering, contract negotiation, and supplier onboarding.
- Supply Chain Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality of supply.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and analysis to stakeholders on category performance, cost savings, and supply chain metrics.
- Experience: Proven experience in procurement, category management, or supply chain management, preferably in the facilities management sector.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Relevant degree in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field.
