Sales Order Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Order Coordinator to join our team at Reed. As a Sales Order Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth processing of sales orders and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and accurately process customer orders from initial sales stage to completion
- Enter orders into our sales database and coordinate stock availability and deliveries
- Respond to customer inquiries, providing timely updates and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Assist with general administrative tasks, manage customer records, and handle invoicing as necessary
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and finance departments to ensure efficient order processing and maintain high-quality standards
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a sales or order processing role
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Proficiency in general administration tasks and excellent communication skills
Benefits:
- Holidays – 22 days annual leave plus statutory holidays
- Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:30-16:30, Friday 08:30-16:00 with a 30-minute lunch break
