We are seeking an experienced Home-Based Supervising Social Worker to join our team at NonStop Consulting Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality therapeutic care services to foster carers and children looked after.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise a complex caseload in North London using evidence-based therapeutic frameworks to ensure the best possible care and support.
  • Work closely with foster carers and children to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and high standards of care.
  • Conduct regular home visits and assessments to monitor the well-being of children and foster carers.
  • Provide guidance and support to foster carers on therapeutic practices and strategies.

Requirements

  • Qualified Social Worker with a strong background in therapeutic social work.
  • Experience working with children looked after and their foster carers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
