Fqps is seeking an experienced Immigration Caseworker / Paralegal / Immigration Solicitor to join our team. The successful candidate will have conduct of a broad range of Immigration and Nationality work from initial application through to decision challenges. Key responsibilities include dealing with all aspects of Immigration Law, assisting the Senior Solicitor / Senior Caseworker with Immigration caseload, and other administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience / knowledge of Immigration Law, excellent knowledge of immigration rules and common immigration issues, and be able to work both independently and under the supervision of a Supervising Solicitor. Fluency in Hindi / Punjabi / Urdu languages is also required. The salary offered is £25,000 per annum - £30,000 PA (depending on Experience / Qualifications).
