Service Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Inchcape Retail Limited. As a Service Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls to existing customers, providing a high level of customer service and building relationships to retain business.
- Respond to customer email enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Quickly identify the needs of customers and guide them towards the service or product that will best meet their requirements.
- Provide a first-class customer service experience, with energy and enthusiasm, to build trust and loyalty with our customers.
- Be an effective multitasker, methodical and efficient, with a genuine desire to help people and the team.
- Attention to detail is essential, as well as the ability to use multiple systems at once.
