  • Administrative Support: Assist in the coordination of projects, data entry, and record-keeping to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Financial Management: Process financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • System Maintenance: Monitor and maintain systems to ensure they are running efficiently and effectively.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including customer information, financial data, and system updates.
  • Clerical Support: Provide administrative support, including letter writing, arranging appointments, and producing reports.
  • Team Support: Assist in maintaining the daily rota for team members, arranging cover for sickness and annual leave, and ensuring stock levels for equipment and supplies are maintained.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in customer-facing roles, providing exceptional service and resolving customer inquiries.
  • Administrative Experience: Experience in administrative roles, including data entry, record-keeping, and system maintenance.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with team members and customers.
  • Education: GCSEs in Maths and English.
